Alec Baldwin is looking svelte! The actor stopped by On Air With Ryan Seacrest with Motherless Brooklyn costar Ed Norton on Tuesday, October 22, and explained why he dropped trou the other night on The Tonight Show.
In case you missed it, Baldwin shocked the audience and host Jimmy Fallon when he hilariously took his pants off during his interview to show off his recent weight loss.
“Fallon did some things last time I was there that were very unkind to me and putting me down,” Baldwin jokingly explained to Seacrest on-air on Tuesday. “So I pulled my pants down to show that I truly am half the man that people think I am.”
During his last visit, Fallon had a dummy with a gut fall down from the ceiling as part of Baldwin’s birthday bit.
“You had to put the added gut on the dummy?” Baldwin said when Fallon showed the audience a photo of the actor’s replica. “You wanna see how much weight I’ve lost? Ready?” he added as he stood up to show off his bare legs. “My pants don’t even fit me anymore!”
The dad of five is expecting his sixth child with wife Hilaria Baldwin, with whom he shares four babies Carmen, 6, Rafael, 4, Leonardo, 3, and Romeo, 1. (Alec is also dad to daughter Ireland, 23, with ex Kim Basinger.)
“My wife is addicted to life — living things — puppies, babies,” Baldwin joked, sharing Hilaria recently also brought home a new dog. “When she told me she wanted to have another baby, meaning the one we’re having now, I did turn to her and say, ‘I hope you and your next husband are very happy together and we can all be friends,’” he joked. “… But, no, we’re having another baby and that’s it.”
