Sisanie Shares Her Skinny Artichoke Dip Recipe! Watch


Yum yum yum! Sisanie's cooking up her favorite new go-to snack in the latest episode of Off-Air With Sisanie in the video above!

Behold: Sisanie's skinny WW-approved artichoke dip!

To make the yummy and healthier alternative to the usual recipe, which requires mayonnaise, Sis used greek yogurt.

Steamed Artichoke Directions:

Cut and trim your artichoke and stem as Sisanie shares in the video above.

Once all cut, set into pot to steam face up and cover for 40-50 minutes

Dip Ingredients:

5.3 oz Organic Whole Milk Greek Plain Yogurt

1 large lemon (using zest & juice)

3 cloves garlic

2 t raw wild honey (heaping)

1 pinch Pink Himalayan sea salt

1 pinch ground pepper

Dip Directions:

Step 1: Mince your garlic super small. Mix garlic, Greek yogurt, juice from half of your lemon, 1 tbsp of lemon zest and honey. Add sea salt and ground pepper to taste.

Step 2: To make your own perfect Aioli Sauce, taste after mixing, and add additional amounts of the ingredients to your taste!
