Lookin’ good mama! Sisanie has found weight loss success by joining WW. The newly revamped program involves counting your points and making better choices and in the latest episode of Off-Air With Sisanie in the video above, Sis shares how you too can get on track!
“I have been on a journey!” Sis shares. “At the beginning of this year, I started WW so I have been counting all of my points when it comes to the food that I eat and I’ve been making better choices and honestly I have been seeing results.”
The mom of twins Aiza and Maxon, 9 months, is down a few pounds and continues to feel better daily, sharing she wakes up with more energy.
“Eggs are my go-to,” Sis shares in the video, revealing they, along with fish, chicken and steak, are zero points.
