Sisanie and her husband Michael have their hands full! Ryan and Tanya Rad checked in with Michael to get an update on our girl Sis and their twins Aiza and Maxon.
“It’s been a rollercoaster,” Michael admitted of raising their two-month-old babies. “Every week it changes and I think we still keep pinching ourselves how amazing it is but it’s still pretty hard.”
Michael added that “a lot of stuff has happened” since he last talked with us. For example, Sisanie got really sick and they didn’t have a babysitter on hand. Thankfully, Sisanie’s mom Rosie was able to come to the rescue and Sisanie has recovered.
“Superhero Rosie drove in her nightgown without the right glasses,” Michael recalled of his mother-in-law, who swooped in to help.
The new parents have also been enjoying watching the World Cup and have celebrated milestones like the babies doubling in size and sleeping longer throughout the night.
“2 months old today! 🙌🏼 They each drink on average 4.5 oz of mama’s milk or formula every 3 hours but at night they can go 4 hours,” Sisanie shared earlier this month, alongside an adorable photo of the babies. “I love them so much and constantly wanna squeeze them 😝 #sismictwins #aizadelmar #maxonjae.”
