In a tough spot when it comes to dating? Paris Hilton has some advice for you.

The "Stars are Blind" singer appeared as a guest on a recent episode of The Burnouts podcast where she spoke with hosts Phoebe Gates and Sophia Kianni about some dating red flags and offered some advice for those in search of love, per People. Rather than dating someone who is all over dating apps and is always out on the town, Hilton suggests meeting up with "nerdy" guys, advice that both Gates and Kianni agreed with.

"You want to find the boys from a small town who are just sweet and kind and don't have all these dating apps and weird things," she said. "It would be so hard to trust somebody that's one of those guys that wants to go out all the time ... I think nerds are where it's at."

Hilton found her perfect person in husband Carter Reum, whom she married in 2021. They couple became parents in 2023 welcoming son Phoenix in January via surrogate and daughter London later that same year in November. Speaking to Gates and Kianni, Hilton explained how she feels supported in her marriage.

"You know, some men get very insecure, and it's hard to be with a successful woman," she said. "And [Reum is] the opposite of any other person I've been with, which is an amazing feeling just to feel so supported and so lifted up, or [that] anything is possible."

Last week, the 44-year-old I Am Paris podcast host shared a sweet look at her "cutesie crew," giving fans a glimpse at her family's Mediterranean vacation as they made "magical memories" together.
