Coldplay's Moon Music is here! The band's latest album — the second installment of Music of the Spheres — is officially in the hands of fans.

Moon Music is Coldplay's 10th full-length album, and showcases 10 new songs, including the previously-released "Feels Like I'm Falling In Love," "We Pray" (which features with Little SimzBurna BoyElyanna, and Tini) and All My Love."

In a video posted social media, Coldplay's Chris Martin explained of the new album:

"I think what this album is about is a response to struggling with the conflict within one's self, within myself, and also all the conflict outside, and working out what the best response is. And I think what Moon Music is trying to say is maybe love is the best response, even when that feels difficult to do, which I definitely find it hard to do a lot of the time. Which is probably why we try and sing about it so much, as a reminder. So a lot of the songs are about struggle, maybe personal, maybe that I see in other people, or maybe just that we're all feeling as a species. And in a way, it's a reaction to feeling so powerless in the face of so many crazy things happening internally and externally, and looking for answers. And all the answers I seem to respond to when I find them in poems or books or songs or anything, all seem to be about being kind to yourself, therefore being able to be yourself, which allows you to then let other people be themselves, and that might end things more peacefully."

He added, "Listen, some of this might sound like nonsense, but that's what I feel."
