Megan Thee Stallion nearly broke down in tears on stage hours after an alleged AI-generated sex tape of her spread online.

On Saturday night, June 8, the Houston native hit the stage at the Amalie Arena in Tampa for the latest stop on her "Hot Girl Summer Tour" with GloRilla. As she was preparing to perform her song "Cobra," Meg looked teary-eyed as she gazed out in the crowd. She took a minute to gather herself while fans cheered her on. Meg tried to perform the song but could barely get through because of how upset she was.

It's not clear exactly what got her so upset on stage. However, her breakdown happened just hours after she addressed chatter about an alleged sex tape that recently hit the Internet.

"It’s really sick how yall go out of the way to hurt me when you see me winning," Meg wrote in her post. "Yall going too far, Fake ass s**t. Just know today was your last day playing with me and I mean it."

As of this report, the origin of the AI-generated footage has yet to be confirmed. UPROXX noted that the video gained popularity after a blogger bought attention to it on X, formerly known as Twitter. Some fans called for Meg to sue the blogger, who goes by the name of Milagro Gramz. However, in her statement about the situation, Gramz said she didn't reupload the video nor did she personally share it on to her page.
