Tanya’s Take: My Everyday Salad Recipe

Tanya Rad here! I’ve been getting a lot of DM’s from people asking me what I eat on a regular basis so I wanted to share what I eat for lunch I’d say 80% of the time!

It’s my TANYA LUNCH SPECIAL!! (And it's approved by my accountability coach Teddi!)

Here’s what you need:

*Spinach 

(you can use any lettuce you prefer tho)

*Pea Shoots

*Artichoke hearts in olive oil & lemon

*Chickpeas in olive oil & lemon

*Snap peas

*Cucumber

*Chicken

*Balsamic Dressing

I get all my ingredients from my local farmers market but you can make/get these things from any grocery store.

THIS IS MY FAVORITE salad to eat everyday because it KEEPS ME FULL, keeps me energized, and is exactly what I need in the middle of my day!

Also the best thing about salad is that you can literally throw in whatever you want or take out anything you don’t want! Sometimes I throw arugula in it, you know, to spice things up every now and again!
