I love answering your guys' questions on Instagram and wanted to also share my answer to this specific question on my blog too because I think it's important to not focus so much on how many calories you're eating, versus what you're eating.
The question: How many calories do you aim to eat a day?
My answer: I’m not about the calorie counting life. I eat clean because I function better. I’ve found the foods that work best for me so I eat those. I have a sweet tooth so I do have my sweet treats. Mostly veggies protein and I’m san dairy a majority of the time. I recommend figure out what works for you because everyone is so different.
