I've started weight training again (on top of my running) to start building some muscle! I never usually drink protein smoothies but I do when i'm lifting weights so I've recently started up again. I got a lot of questions when I posted to my IG Stories the recipe so figured I'd share my easy, go-to protein shake here.
It's super easy and YUM!
I just do:
1 cup of my homemade almond milk
2 scoops of Altwell plant based protein supplement (any protein powder you like works)
1 small frozen banana
Toss it all in a NutriBullet or blender and BOOM, you've got a great post workout snack!
