There's An App That Will Help You Stop Doom Scrolling!

I’ll admit, there’s something fun about zoning out and scrolling dog videos, thrift hauls, “get ready with me” reels... it feels like the perfect wind-down after a long day.

But you grab your phone to reply to a text, and suddenly hours of TikTok or Instagram slip away. THAT’S an issue for many of us!

Now, some people are turning to the “One Sec” app. It forces a quick pause before opening those addictive apps... literally just a few seconds to breathe... so you don’t fall straight into the scroll.

It breaks that reflex of opening your phone without thinking.

Half the time, after the pause, you apparently didn’t even want to open Instagram anymore.

Plus, it shows you how many times you’ve stopped yourself and how much screen time you’ve saved, which can be motivating.

Over time, the apps feel less addicting, and it’s helping people be more present!

Are you willing to try this???? How many hours a day do we spend on social media. I just checked mine and my average was 1 hour and 22 minutes. I know I could use that time more wisely!

So, I am intrigued about this app... “One Sec”.
