The Oldest Practicing Doctor Gives Us Tips For Living A Long, Healthy Life!

So, there’s this Cleveland neurologist who is 100 years old and is the world's oldest practicing doctor!

He shared habits that have allowed his body and brain to stay healthy.

Dr. Howard Tucker has been working in medicine for 75 years!

He recently stopped seeing patients, but he’s still teaching medical residents and working two days a week.

And that’s just it! His big tip in life is to continue to work! He looks at retirement as the enemy of longevity…

Here are his 3 main tips for a long life!

- Don’t Retire! He says he doesn’t understand people who golf 3x a week. But he says if you must retire you should still do something to stimulate your brain. Charity work or volunteer somewhere. He says Retirement is the Enemy of Longevity! Golf is not the answer, Ryan!

- Keep Learning! Keep up with technology! He has a computer and smartphone…and is determined to keep up with technology.

- Cultivate Happiness! Basically, stress will kill you. If you’re miserable at your job, or with the person you’re with. You’re only doing more harm to yourself!
