Jennifer Garner Is 'Terrified' Of Her Kids Using Social Media

There's a lot of stress involved when you become a parent, obviously, you're caring for a human life (or two!) and all.

But it's surprising to me how suddenly after becoming a mom, the things I used to do and the things I still do stress me out when I think about my kids doing them!

One of those things, of course, is social media. I never really thought much about it being dangerous for myself, but when it comes to my kids, it really is scary to think about... and Jennifer Garner, who we all can agree is a total supermom, revealed she has the same fears!

Jennifer recently opened up to Fox News that she is scared by the idea of her children, Samiel Garner, 6 1/2, Seraphina Rose Elizabeth, 9 1/2, and Violet Anne, 12, having social media scares her.

While Jen is one of the BEST people to follow on social media (seriously, she's hilarious), she worries about her kids because of the pressure that is put on social media these days.

“My kids don’t have any social media yet, and I am terrified,” she said. “I think it puts so, so much pressure on kids at an age when they’re really vulnerable anyway.”

The problem is that social media is such a part of our lives that it's pretty inevitable that she will be able to completely keep her kids off of social media. And she really needs tips on how to keep her kids safe when that day does come:

“You know, if anyone has any clues, let me know,” she said, adding, “I am probably overprotective.”

I totally understand how Jennifer feels, luckily I have years and years until I really need to worry about Aiza and Maxon getting on social media but man I bet those years are going to fly by REALLY fast.

Any tips for keeping your kids safe online? Let me (and Jennifer Garner!) know!
