Yes, it seems like every single show we've ever loved is in the process of getting a reboot right now, but that just sparks ideas for even more reboots, and now fans are setting their sights on Parks and Recreation reunion special.
And it turns out one of our favorite television characters of all time could be down to make a return... if the timing is right.
Chris Pratt admitted while at the premiere for his upcoming film Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom that as long as he is in town at the time they are planning the reunion, he would be down.
"It films like 10 minutes from my house so that would be dope. I miss Andy too. I would love it. I know I would do it."
Aubrey Plaza, who plays Andy's wife, April Ludgate, in the show, recently posted a throwback pic of she and Chris from their days on Parks and it makes me believe she also misses the show and those characters.
When asked what he thinks Andy would be up to these days, Chris said: "I think [Andy] becomes a weatherman. He would be a good weatherman. He would have no idea what he's even saying."
And Chris isn't the only one who has been vocal about interest in a reunion of this incredible cast!
Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman recently said on The Ellen Show that they would be supportive if a revival was in the works.
I mean, HELLOOOOO, give the people what they want, Parks and Rec!
Sure, the cast is a bit busy, Chris releasing the new film and Amy and Nick having another new TV show together, but I still think this could be done well. Why not just have a couple episode special!?
Even if we didn't get the revival for another couple years, I think fans would still be READY to see where the Leslie Knope and the crew is now!
