Sarah Paulson is sharing her take on what she believes is a cringey way of thinking.

The American Horror Story star sat down with Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang on the Wednesday (November 12) episode of their Las Culturistas podcast for a chat about everything from being a "scaredy cat" who's starred in several horror-adjacent projects to why she is "triggered" by the idea that pigeons are "rats with wings."

The Carol actress also explained why she thinks passion is "cool" and that thinking you're above being excited about something is "cringe" while talking about Cristin Milioti, who celebrated and sincerely declared how much she loves acting while accepting her first Emmy Award for her role in The Penguin back in September.

Paulson shared that she felt "seen" in that moment because "I know who I am in the world when a person can do that and people are excited about it."

"I just feel like normalizing excitement about what you love, I don't care how silly someone decides it is and 'it's so cringe because you love it,'" she said. "You know what's cringe? Thinking everything's so uncool. Guess what's cool. Being passionate is cool, loving what you do is cool. Recognizing that you get to do something that you love and that people are like, 'yes, you get to do it.' I know how lucky I am."

She added, "Love it because you get to do it, love it if you don't get to do it. Just keep loving it."

The trio also spoke about the glamour and "Dynasty-coded names" on Paulson's new show All's Fair, starring in the legal drama alongside Kim Kardashian, Teyana Taylor, Neicy Nash, Naomi Watts and Glenn Close. While the initial response to the Ryan Murphy series was harsh, Kardashian has already hit back at critics in the best way.
