Charlie Puth is a married man! The Grammy-winning Singer-songwriter and producer married his longtime friend Brooke Sansone’s at his parents home in Montecito, California, and the newlywed bliss is heavily influencing his new album.
"I always had this weird notion that in order for me to make art ... my life has to be in turmoil," Puth told Ryan Seacrest during an interview on Thursday, September 26, "It's really nice to have a wife that supports you. ... I feel like my music is even better. The stuff I'm working on now."
The duo have known each other for awhile now, with their parents having been best friends since elementary school.
During an interview with Vogue, Brook referenced Taylor Swift's track "Invisible String," sharing: "There was always a spark and chemistry between us, but the timing never seemed to work out—until it did. It’s like an invisible string was always there, showing us that timing is everything.”
The quote made Tanya think of Swift and Charlie collaborating in a way.
"I think it's best to leave 'Invisible String' as 'Invisible String,'" Charlie said, sharing however his new album does have "that heartbeat to it and that spirit."
"It's kind of like the album I'm making now. ... The record I'm working on right now will fill that hole."
