- FAMILY/ FRIENDS DAY: Meals, movie nights, putting the focus on love and companionship.
- INNER CHILD DAY: A day to embrace joy, spontaneity, and self-discovery…painting, dance, coloring, singing…prioritize playfulness and self-expression
