Instead, we are supposed to go on a ‘mental walk’.
To do so, think about a walk you know really well and visualize it! Whether it be the beach, along the boardwalk or hiking Runyon Canyon in Los Angeles. Focus on every single detail from leaving your house to refilling your water bottle along the way.
