The only battle here is usually with the weather! Ryan Seacrest and Andy Cohen recapped New Year's Eve 2023 on-air on Thursday, January 5, after rumors circulated the duo were at odds following their respective telecasts over the years.
"I didn't know where we stood, Ryan! I got to tell you something, I like watching people fight. I don't like fighting with people," Andy joked with Seacrest, referring to his Bravo Housewives franchises.
"Well, we're not. We're not," Seacrest said. "That's the funny thing is that we're not."
Seacrest cleared the air for fans, confirming there is no feud and that they've been pals for well over a decade. In fact, the day of, they always check in with each other regarding the weather for that evening in Times Square.
"This is really an Anderson [Cooper] thing," Andy jokingly added of his CNN co-host. "I called Anderson and yelled at him on the radio yesterday. I was on my radio show yesterday and I said, 'You know Anderson typically ... when one of us sees Ryan behind us ... one of us will nudge the other and say hey, there's Seacrest. Look there's Ryan' so the other one can make note and give a wave and I said, 'This year you did not do that! ... Now look what you've done, Anderson.'"
