If you're having trouble turning dates into relationships, you might be self-sabotaging. Ryan Seacrest shared, that according to a prominent dating expert, there are a few common things people do that turn people off after a first date:

- NICKNAMES: It can be cute, but most people find it annoying if it’s done too soon.

- ONLY TEXTING: It comes off as lazy and makes the other person feel like they are not a priority. Find time for a call or FaceTime
