- IF THEY STARE AT YOUR LIPS WHEN YOU ARE TALKING, THEY ARE NOT INTO YOU...THEY ARE AVOIDING EYE CONTACT.
BUT! If they GLANCE at your lips while you’re talking, that’s a different story.
