A sleep hack is making the rounds on TikTok that will apparently have you falling asleep in seconds. Ryan Seacrest shared on-air the popular new sleep hack has to do with your pressure points.
All you have to do is rub the inner part of your wrist in a circular motion for a few minutes.
Acupuncturists say it’s one of four pressure points along your inner forearm that will calm the mind and alleviate stress.
