TikTok's Lex Nicoleta coined the term, offering a full breakdown and playlist for the craze, revealing if you like Nancy Meyers movies, coastal aesthetics, Ina Garten recipes, cooking and sipping wine, then coastal grandma is for you. The let's-not-complicate-things trend is accomplishable even if you live nowhere near the coast, too.
