These Are The Best Times To Workout For Men and Women

A study was done on the times of day men and women worked out to see which provided the best results. Ryan Seacrest shared the two different times that were most effective for the two groups! Who knew they were different?!

For women, they noticed the biggest reduction for body fat and blood pressure, as well as the largest increase in strength and flexibility occurred when they worked out:

IN THE MORNING, MAKING SURE TO FINISH BEFORE 8:30AM!

For men, they saw the best results if they worked out:

IN THE EVENING, AFTER 6PM!
