Most people create vision boards or a New Year's Resolution at the end of the year for any goals that they want to achieve for the year. Tanya Rad is doing something different and wants to create monthly, smaller and more achievable, realistic goals at the end of each month.
She told Ryan Seacrest she believes that it's easier to achieve them and check back in on them versus having one giant list of goals that may not be crossed off in a regular vision board.
Tanya also wants to include her boyfriend in the goals where they can create couple goals together like intentional date nights... a genius idea for anyone who has indecisiveness with setting dates or making plans with your significant other.
