DUST MITES
When you sleep at night, on average you lose about 285mL of fluid. When you make your bed right after waking up, you end up trapping the moisture in the sheets, which creates discoloration, traps odors, and allows dust mites to live and thrive in.
If you keep your bed unmade, it exposes the dust mites to light and fresh air which actually kills them off!
