Work meetings are always longer than necessary and can be a drag. However, Ryan Seacrest shared the hack that can help them get MUCH shorter… and you can even get just as much accomplished, if these things are eliminated from the conference room.
CHAIRS
If chairs are eliminated from the room, meetings can last a third of the time it usually does, and it doesn’t affect the decision-making process of those participating!
