Do you have any suspicions that your partner is snooping through your phone?
Ryan Seacrest shared the trick you can use to find out if someone has been snooping through your phone behind your back.
CHECK YOUR SCREEN TIME
For iPhones: Go to Settings > Screen Time > See All Activity
On Android: Go To Show Your Data under Digital Wellbeing.
From here, you can see a summary for each day and week, hour by hour. If it says your message app was used at a time you know you were sleeping or away from your phone, someone may be snooping through your phone.
