Gabriel Iglesias aka Fluffy is making history! He will be the first comedian to perform a sold-out show at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. His show for tomorrow night (May 7) is sold out with over 45,000 people in the audience, and the comedian added another show tonight (May 6) called “Fluffy On The Field” for a smaller audience.
Fluffy’s comedy show at Dodger Stadium is extra special since the show will be filmed for a Netflix Comedy Special. Iglesias talked to Ryan Seacrest on-air about what he’s looking forward to performing at the iconic venue.
Gabriel also talked about the recent incident with Dave Chapelle at a comedy show and reflected on a time where something similar happened to him but thanks to his team, it did not have the same result of Chapelle’s incident.
“I had something similar happen a few days ago but you guys didn’t hear about it because it was handled differently,” he laughed as he shared. “I had somebody jump on stage and try to get me. Apparently I’m fast on my feet.”
