AVOCADOS.
A serving of an avocado is either a half of the fruit or a half a cup’s worth. It was shown that it is especially effective if you replace butter or margarine with the avocado.
Use it as spread, eat avocado toast, or eat it with some lemon and salt/pepper. Delicious!
