Channing Tatum makes his co-directorial debut in his new film, Dog.
Ryan Seacrest chatted with the Dog star and co-director about the filmβs premise and his contribution to the film both on-camera and off, and how important it was to portray how meaningful a dogβs role is in someoneβs life, especially in the military.
βThese dogs and their handlers have very fascinating relationships,β Tatum told Seacrest on-air. βThese dogs have a really fascinating way to sort of go right into the heart of these sort of super soldiers that are very stoic.βΒ
The film follows Tatum who plays Army Ranger Briggs and his dog Lulu who go on the road trip of a lifetime to make it to a fellow soldierβs funeral on time.
The actor also talked about the upcoming third part to the popular franchise Magic Mike and what we can expect in its third part.
