Oops! Ryan Seacrest shared in today's hack there are three common things we are all doing consistently that are actually aging us and we don't even realize it.
According to experts the below are unhealthy habits we're all guilty of that make us age faster:
- SLEEPING ON YOUR SIDE (sleeping on your back is much better for the skin on your face a la Jennifer Lopez)
- EATING TOO MUCH SUGAR (sugar damages your skin cells making you appear older)
- TOO MUCH TIME ON ELECTRONIC DEVICES (over time, the light from the phone is as bad as direct sunlight)
