Event guru to the stars Colin Cowie joined Ryan Seacrest on-air on Thursday, September 9. The party planner and businessman, whose clients include Oprah Winfrey, Tom Cruise and Jennifer Lopez, released a new book titled The Gold Standard and shared an interesting tidbit in that you, surprisingly, want someone to complain.
"For anyone running your own business, this book is a handbook," Seacrest shared, pointing out Cowie's tip to value a complaint.
"You always want to hear from the complainer," Cowie shared, explaining it's all about growing from mistakes and earning trust and loyalty in customers.
