Mental health advocate and self-defense guru on social media Christina Tetreault joined Ryan Seacrest on-air amid her 30 self-defense moves in 30 days challenge to share tools with fellow women after she herself was assaulted in 2019.
Christina shared she partnered with jiu-jitsu teacher Dom Hoskins to easily break down self-defense moves that are scenario-based all women should know.
