Ryan Seacrest shared on-air the relaxation pros argue that every bath should be 112 degrees, 20 minutes long, and taken in the morning.

Why?

Your Cortisol (the stress hormone) peaks in the morning. A bath keeps it in check making you more relaxed all day and even sleeping better at night.
