Ryan Seacrest shared the hack on-air and while the study was in Woman’s World magazine, he's not sold on the theory. According to the report, you should move your eyes side to side for 30 seconds to jog your memory by 42%. That said, it almost gave Seacrest a headache.
UK scientists found that the eye movement boosts communication between brain cells to job your memory.
