Jennifer Love Hewitt might play a 911 operator in Fox's 9-1-1, but she understandably can’t handle the stress in real life.
The actress shared with Ryan Seacrest that she doesn’t watch the show at home due to anxiety.
“It’s a crazy show,” Jennifer shared. “I have a lot of anxiety just in general so for me, I can’t watch full episodes of the show,” she explained. “It just makes me really scared.”
With numerous Americans suffering from increasing anxiety over the past year due to the pandemic, what does Jennifer do to cope?
“Different things,” she shared. “I’ve tried meditation. I listen to calm apps. I think I got more anxious after I had kids because it’s such a huge responsibility to kind of take care of them and the last year, I think for everybody, has been extraordinary so I just have been sort of getting through it. Good days and bad days.”
