Did Ryan Seacrest Use Sun-In on His Quarantine Hair? Tanya Investigates

Desperate times calls for desperate measures! With COVID-19 shutdowns and safer at home restrictions, people are turning to DIY remedies at home, even when it comes to haircuts and dye jobs.

“Your hair looks a little more auburn,” Tanya Rad pointed out to Ryan Seacrest on-air on Tuesday, April 28. “I was wondering if you put lemon in it?”

“I didn’t put lemon in it but I did — I didn’t put peroxide — I put something I found under my sink in it,” Seacrest hilariously admitted. “But I don’t think it worked. I can’t get a haircut!”

As we previously discussed, Seacrest’s voluptuous hair is slowly morphing into Harry Styles, and we’re here for it.

“There’s a bottle of stuff, it’s not Sun-In, but it’s kind of like that product,” he explained. “And I put it in and it’s been sunny so I don’t know if you can tell, does it look natural?”

Sun-In, as you’ll recall from the ‘90s, consists of water, hydrogen peroxide, lemon, aloe and more ingredients that once sprayed on hair gradually brightens from the heat of the sun or a hairdryer.

Watch back the funny on-air moment and see Ryan’s new ‘do in the video above. Plus, hear from a listener who suffered a bloody haircut mishap (!!!)

Stay safe out there!
