My girlfriend shared with me the most genius hack to avoid what people have been calling the “quarantine 15.”
As someone who has been restricted to working from home, I found myself constantly getting up and going to the kitchen looking for food since we’re at home.
So, what should we do?
Pack your food!
Today I put my usual work food in a bag or “lunch box” and I only ate those items -- egg pods, apple, nuts, protein/veggies for lunch -- during work hours and it helped so much!
