A day I will never forget from 2019 is the Grammys! To give you a little backstory on me, I was a MUSIC FANATIC from the womb. I practically came into the world singing John Mayer lyrics. So much so, when I was in high school, I started โThe Musical Synergy Clubโ that was a John Mayer and Shakira fan club (yes, you read that right!)
So the fact that I work for the biggest morning show -- On Air With Ryan Seacrest -- on my favorite radio station growing up is kinda WILD ENOUGH on itโs own, but when E! asked me to host for them at the 2019 Grammys, I almost *truly* lost my mind.
This is an award show I have been obsessing over my entire life and I was just asked to be a host for a network that I love and respect so much โ it was an out of body experience.
I got to host "The Countdown" show with my BFF Brad Goreski, the wonderful Nina Parker, and the amazing Jeannie Mai (who, by the way, could not have been more welcoming to me as a newbie!)
Then I went into the actual award show and got to host the "After Party" with Morgan Stewart, Justin Sylvester and Nina Parker (literally the GREATEST TEAM ON THE PLANET!)
I was so exhausted by the end, but also on such a high from the dream day I had, that I ended up going to the Republic after-party with my besties Sofia & Paulina and literally didnโt go to bed that night.
I went home, changed my clothes and went straight into the morning show the next day!!!
