This one is for all you working mamas out there! Celebrity trainer Nicole Stuart, who trains Kate Hudson and more of Hollywood’s fittest stars, spent a session with Sisanie to share five of her go-to moves that you too can replicate at home without any equipment.
To start, in the latest episode of Off-Air With Sisanie above, Stuart suggests doing each move at least 3 to 5 times a week and gradually increasing your reps as you get stronger. The most amazing part? You don’t need any equipment or to even leave the house!
“If you do [these exercises] everyday, you will see a change,” Stuart, who also trains Courtney Love and Demi Moore’s daughter Tallulah, adds. “You just need to rewire your brain is what it really is. Try the first day to do 20 reps … then do 30 and trick your brain and work in small increments and go higher and higher."
In the video above, Stuart takes Sis through 5 key Pilates moves including the hundreds, the roll up, leg circles, single knee stretch, and the double knee stretch. Each move builds strength and burns calories overall while also helping to benefit circulation, coordination and detoxification.
