The first season of Nicole Kidman’s hit HBO drama Big Little Lies racked up four Emmy Awards and it’s just been announced she will be reuniting with several of the key creatives behind that show for another headed to Hulu.
Nine Perfect Strangers will be based on a book by the author who also wrote the novel that Big Little Lies sprang from.
Additionally, David E. Kelley, who ran things behind the scene on the HBO drama will team back up with Nicole to once again serve as executive producer and head writer.
The show will be about nine stressed city dwellers’ 10 day stay at a wellness retreat.
Nicole will play the resort’s director on a mission to reinvigorate their tired minds and bodies. However, these strangers have no idea what is about to hit them.
Nine Perfect Strangers will hit Hulu next year.
