It’s easy to forget that pop goth sensation Billie Eilish is just 17 years old.
Mainly because she released her first homespun hit "Ocean Eyes," recorded in her brother’s bedroom, when she was only 13 years old. A song that already seemed to come from an artist well beyond her middle school years.
While Billie admits that always being called "so young" with every step does get old, she does recognize that It comes with its advantages. She tells FADER:
"My age is a good thing. People are more impressed if you’re younger and good at something. Half of me doesn’t really want to age, because I don’t really want to not have that."
It's safe to say that Billie’s immense talent should keep people interested, regardless of her age.
