Reggaeton producer Tainy and Benny Blanco share a lot more in common than just their new song "I Can’t Get Enough" with Selena Gomez and J Balvin.
Because just like Benny made the first time leap from behind-the-scenes producer to featured artist on his track "Eastside" with Khalid and Halsey, that’s precisely what Tainy has done on "I Can’t Get Enough." It’s his very first song as an artist.
And just like Benny, he asked two good friends, who happened to be superstars, to provide vocals on his debut single.
And when Selena thought "I Can’t Get Enough" could use a bit more Latin flavor, Tainy reached out to one of his besties, J Balvin.
Though Balvin tells Rolling Stone Tainy didn’t exactly have to twist his arm, saying: "It was his first own single. Of course I couldn’t say no, especially when I heard the beat and Selena on it. It was a no-brainer."
Their collab "I Can’t Get Enough" is out now.
