What We Can Expect from The New 'Riverdale' Spinoff 'Katy Keene'

Fans of Riverdale and Sabrina The Teenage Witch can expect yet another show spun out of the Archie universe.

The model, actress and singer billed as "America’s Queen of Pin-ups and Fashions" in the comics, Katy Keane, will get her own spinoff on The CW.

Pretty Little Liars alum Lucy Hale is set to play the lead role, which will be pretty different from the original character.

Instead of being a supermodel, Katy will be a personal shopper whose heart is set on becoming a successful fashion designer.

Producers promise three other new Archie characters will also be featured all striving to make it in the fashion and entertainment worlds.

Katy Keene is expected to beginning shooting this spring.
