The One Thing Fletcher Is Striving to Accomplish When She Writes a Song

Fletcher is behind what may be the breakout hit of 2019 thus far with her single "Undrunk," which is a fun and clever song, but also incredibly vulnerable and real.

Fletcher thinks this is what people need in this day and age. She tells Billboard:

"My whole thing with this music is I just want people to feel something, and I think people are craving sincerity now more than ever. At least I know that's what I want. I want to be the artist that I needed when I was a little girl, the artist who tells real-life stories about the female experience and what it means to be a woman in 2019 and go through a heartbreak."

Her single "Undrunk" is out now and she will be in Vegas performing on the Daytime Stage at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in September, tickets are on sale now.
