New YouTube series alert! We're kicking off Sisanie's new daily YouTube series,Off-Air With Sisanie, by kickstarting the Big Game weekend!
In today's episode, Sisanie makes two easy and delicious recipes to serve at your game day party: Ryan Seacrest's Nana's 9-Layer Dip and Football Rice Krispie Treats.
"The big game is on Sunday and each year I always have a party and this year I was thinking I wasn't going to have a party for the big game because I'm baptizing my children the day before," Sisanie shared, "But then all my friends and family started texting me 'What's the plan for Sunday? What's the plan for Sunday? So here we are!"

RYAN'S NANA'S 9-LAYER DIP:
1 can of 16 oz. refried beans
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
1 cup guacamole
1 cup Monterey jack cheese
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup sweet onions
1/4 cup red & green peppers
*Black olives optional
Instructions: Layer beans, then sour cream on top with taco seasoning, guacamole, and cheeses. place in refrigerator.
Mix the tomatoes, chopped onions and peppers. Add a dash of olive oil is desired and cilantro. Place back in fridge.
Just before serving place out a big bowl of chips and dig in!
FOOTBALL RICE KRISPIE TREATS:
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
10 large marshmallows or 2 cups of mini marshmallows
1 cups cocoa Rice Krispies
Bowl of water
White frosting
Instructions: Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in marshmallows and mix until completely melted. Remove from heat.
Gently stir in the Krispies.
Wet hands with the bowl of water (prevents sticking) and pick up a small handful of the mixture. Shape into a football. Be quick as you'll want to finish each football before the mixture hardens
When the footballs are cool, add the icing detail using frosting and a plastic baggie cut on the tip to serve as piping.
