In what can only be described as a sign of the times, rapper 2 Milly has filed a lawsuit against the wildly popular video game Fortnite for ripping off his moves.
The game, which is given to players for free, makes its money by charging them for celebration dances and Milly says the game’s popular dance called "Swipe It" is appropriated from his famous Milly Rock video.
It’s hard to dispute, especially since most of the dances in the game are from famous music videos.
For the record, choreographed routines can be copyrighted, though they rarely have been in the past, but this may be a sign that may be about to change.
