Beyoncé’s headlining set at Coachella this past spring was billed as one of the best pop performances of all time.
It was a near religious experience for several diehard music lovers in attendance including one artist who was on the exact same stage the night before, SZA.
She tells Billboard she made a point to watch Beyoncé it looked like it was televised even though she was there in person.
Adding: "I was crying by the time I saw her. Beyoncé was the first person to take a real chance on me (back in 2014) letting me just write and waste her time for a month. I’ve said some pretty weird stuff around Beyoncé and she never even judged me."
SZA admits she has said some pretty weird stuff around Beyonce and she never judged her.
During those sessions SZA hardly wasted her time, she co-wrote “Feeling Myself,” Beyoncé’s collaboration with Nicki Minaj.
