Sw0o0o0n. Jason Momoa might be 6’4” and a hunk of a man but he’s a total softie at heart. The Aquaman actor shared with Ryan Seacrest that he’s excited to be able to share the role with his kids Lola Iolani Momoa, 11, and Nakoa-Wolf Manakauapo Namakaeha Momoa, 10.
Jason, who is married to Lisa Bonet, dished to Ryan that when it comes to being a dad he’s protective but he's also a softie.
“I was raised by a strong single mother,” he told Ryan and Sisanie after revealing that he’s going to be emotional when it comes to finally watching Aquaman with his family.
“With Game of Thrones, I didn’t know it was going to be that big and it’s an honor to even be remotely on that show — it’s the greatest on earth, … and right now, it was an honor that Zach [Synder] had this genius idea to revamp Aquaman … I cannot wait to see it. I want to wait [to see it] with my babies,” he gushed to Ryan. “On the 12th I will see it with my children and I will hold their hands and [at ages] 10 [and] 11 we rarely get to go see movies so just to be able to [experience that] ... it’s going to be very emotional … they can’t watch too many things that I’m in.”
The actor joked that while his daughter is “a strong independent woman,” she’s “not allowed to date an actor or anything like that.”
